Ratu Nusantara FPSO owned by PT M3 Ketapang Sejahtera in Indonesia
Provided Project Engineering Management for the conversion of an Aframax tanker (MV Scorpius) to spread moored FPSO for the Bukit Tua field development in Indonesia. The FPSO Ratu Nusantara is owned by M3nergy Sdn Bhd, has a processing capacity of 25,000 BOPD, 77 MMscfd of gas, 20,000 BWPD and a storage capacity of 630,000 barrels of processed oil.
Upgrade of the OSX-1 FPSO topsides
Provided Topsides Engineering for the OSX-1 FPSO (formerly NEXUS-1) upgrade at the Keppel Shipyard in Singapore in order to operate offshore in the Waimea oil field in the Campos Basin, 80km offshore of from Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.
The process plant was originally designed for producing 60 kbd light oil (35oAPI), and 80 kbd of total liquid and 53 MMcfd of gas, but shall now be revamped to process and produce 40,000 BOPD heavy oil (17.6oAPI) and 2,100 BWPD.
The Supply Of Process Topsides Systems and Engineering Services for the Ruby II FPSO Project Offshore Vietnam
Provided Project Management for the Ruby II FPSO Process Topsides covering a multi-discipline project, comprising of the engineering, procurement, and package construction of process topsides, valued at $60M.
Design requirements were Maximum Oil Rate of 39,000 BOPD, Maximum Produced Water Rate of 13,000 BWPD and Maximum Produced Gas Rate of 29 MMcfd
